Pros:

  • Marcel did a fantastic job on our EPK. Consequently, BzB will be using him for our upcoming promo photo shoot.

  • Marcel was excellent and guided us through the process

  • They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided valuable suggestions to enhance the shots.

  • Super fast & excellent customer service

Cons:

  • Marcel takes a needed day of rest on Sundays. Eventhough he spoke with me on a sunday... we should let him rest. No cons

  • Nothing to add that they could improve on.

  • Their expertise and passion for photography were evident throughout the session, making it a truly delightful experience. Not sure if I can think of a con

  • None. We had a 5-star, white-glove experience.
