Their service was above and beyond my expectations. A thorough knowledge of my business was understood and they met my needs, wants and desires for our website and logo design. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. They explained technical matters in a way that I could understand. They actively listened to what I had to say and showed empathy and kindness if I appeared to be somewhat forgetful. Design Touch even helped me to view my business strategies from a different perspective with the initial detailed website/Logo design questionnaire. The quality of their work is awesome. They were thorough in planning the design of my logo and ensured the logo captured the essence of what my business and slogan is. I did not even consider a slogan for my business.
