Pros:

  • This company is amazing!! They have a really great team and they all do great quality, professional work. Social Link is well on their way to doing big things.

  • The concept of a virtual marketing department intrigued me - how can this be done? They get to know the client business. The team is very communicative, listens to the core needs, and delivers high quality results that contribute to overall defined goals. There is a specialist for each service offered, so it's like having a full marketing department in the offices next door.

  • Fast turnaround on projects and good upfront marketing strategy.

  • Best? Hard to have one Best. One thing is the imagination they brought to the table. Great insights and solutions I would never have thought of. Another was the great personal service. They listened and reacted. They didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, they told me what I needed to hear. Other Bests? Passion, enthusiasm, speed and care come to mind.

Cons:

  • Nothing at all! The people were amazing and so easy to work with and they listen to their customers to provide what you want.

  • In the beginning, trusting that all the work is done online in a timely fashion is hard to conceive, but consistently proves to be true. Remote workers is a valuable concept for businesses today.

  • IDX can be difficult to setup but they figured it out.

  • Sometimes the conversations would get off track. They were interesting but not relevant. On the other hand, sometimes that's where the best ideas came from so maybe there necessary?

Overall Experience: We worked with Social Link on one of our biggest projects we have to date. Overall Experience: The entire team at Social Link are a pleasure to work with. Their design team is creative and know the target audience for the product. They understand how to build an ad campaign and develop that in a well thought out plan.
