I am an electronic musician, producer, music label owner and record label owner. Having worked in the music industry for many years, I know how difficult it is to promote music products and distribute them to customers. My goal was to create a tool that offers customers the ability to easily listen, buy and download audio tracks with a variety of licenses. I was looking for a developer who could implement my idea. The main goal was to create a platform with the ability for artists to upload their music tracks. Users who require background music (such as YouTubers, bloggers and other content creators) can choose a subscription plan of their liking or buy tracks one at a time. The platform also includes a large library of license-free tracks. Artists receive royalties for their work, and creators can use quality music at affordable prices. It's like Shutterstock, but for musicians. About five Five Jars developers worked with me at different times. We also involved the design department and QA engineers. The whole team was supervised by the project manager from the side of the developer. It was an incredible experience interacting with the development team! The guys from Five Jars really understood the specifics of the music industry and they were always open to my suggestions.March 28, 2022

Overall Experience: I am the owner and chef of a health food restaurant. Our family restaurant caters to the needs of vegans, vegetarians and people who maintain a healthy lifestyle. We tried to introduce a food delivery service to our restaurant business earlier with Shopify. Since we are implementing a subscription delivery system, every week the team of chefs changes their menu, and new sets of dishes are combined and published on our website. Previously, I worked for a non-profit organization that commissioned development from the Five Jars, so I knew about them first-hand. We are already using the MVP version of the new admin panel. Now the process of creating a list of food packages takes a few seconds instead of several hours, which can be done with a single click. There is no need for handwritten labels on food boxes, saving us a lot of time and effort. Delivery couriers are now faster and more efficient. Processing orders in the system does not take much time. The Five Jars team has helped us focus on what we do best: cooking and keeping customers happy!

Overall Experience: The Five Jars team has developed an online flower store with an admin panel and user profiles. As an administrator, I can change item cards, add or remove them, accept payments, and track the status of an order. The users can make an online purchase of any item, edit their profile and track the delivery status. The team used Drupal to create the store, and they also implemented a Stripe payment system. The design team has created a modern and lightweight design that reflects the concept of buying flowers as a daily pleasure. Ultimately, the Five Jars team built our online store even faster than we expected. It already works and brings online orders daily. We have significantly increased our revenue through our online presence. I’m delighted with their work, which is outstanding.

Overall Experience: At the time I started working with the Five Jars team, I had a system of two mobile applications and a website that is used to upload content to applications. The applications are built more or less well, but the main problem with the site is that it was poorly coded, so the site did not work correctly. This site had to be recreated. Our fitness system started to work much faster. Now it can handle a load of hundreds of users at once. Many of our clients have decided to try remote training from home using our updated system. This is a great development team for a non-tech user like me! They are ready to explain any development detail and do not try to use highly specialized terms. In other words, the communication was amazing.

Overall Experience: We develop an internal corporate culture and culture of learning in the sales department. For more productive interaction, we decided to create a platform for internal surveys. Five Jars developed an internal application for us from several modules: the Survey Template Builder allows us to quickly assemble any survey from existing templates, the survey distribution tools are integrated with our mail and allow us to send out bulk survey invitations, and the survey management module allows us to collect and organize response data and then presents them in the form of diagrams in PDF format. I appreciated their experience and rational approach to evaluating their work: they did not promise anything that they could not deliver. It was a productive partnership.

Overall Experience: For quite a long time we took orders by e-mail or personally from customers. It took a lot of time, as we either made layouts by hand or printed them according to the vague requirements of clients. All these difficulties have pushed us to take a step towards the digital transformation of our business. Development of the backend system allowed to reduce hand work time for business operators 4 times. We continue to actively work with Five Jars - the guys have a huge number of ideas on how to improve all processes of our production. The command tries to improve the internal data processing processes for our site, as we now receive ten times more daily data than ever. We consider the introduction of a new product type - photo books with a variety of settings. This is our next step in digital transformation.

Overall Experience: Five Jars developed a site for creating and searching for events. Parents and event organizers play the main roles here - this is a truly family-friendly application that is designed to attract both parents and their children. The application itself contains all the events for children in the selected city in the form of a calendar based on filters, such as the age of participants, topics, duration, and so on. In addition, there is an event blog where users can comment on events or even share them via Facebook. I love working with professionals when I don't have to dive into a whole area that I don't know. Working with the Five Jars was a real partnership where the other side fulfilled their obligations without my constant checks.

Overall Experience: I am the owner of an e-learning platform focused on personal lessons and tutoring. Overall Experience: Our company wanted to automate the process of notifying oil rig workers about their shifts. We chose Five Jars for it. Being PHP-based, the scheduler is accessible online 24/7 and personnel can always keep an eye on their schedule. Administrative personnel can conduct reports on work, sign up, trade shifts and time off, and export the reports as Excel, CSV or PDF files. I was afraid my lack of technical background would make it hard for me to follow project progress but the process turned out to be very transparent and customer-oriented. I knew what was happening at every step of the way. All around a great experience.

Overall Experience: I chose Five Jars because of their price tag, attractive social media, and an office close to my home. Right now our MVP is ready for testing. It looks great and I think we will be ready to present the project to the world in a couple of months. Communication with the team was easy and productive.
