  • Not necessarily. We threw a lot at them but they still handled everything like true professionals. You can tell they are veterans and know what they are doing.

  • The only downside was the time investment required on our end to communicate our specific needs and review progress. While this ensured a customized solution, it occasionally slowed down the process. However, the results were well worth the effort.

  • If there’s one area for improvement, it would be managing third-party blockers. There were a few instances where external dependencies slowed progress, and finding ways to better mitigate those challenges could help keep projects on track and help us plan things a bit smoother.

Overall Experience: We needed to optimize our ecommerce presence and focus on the best user experience possible to maximize our revenue potential. Ultimately we did a complete redesign and went with a custom headless theme implementation using Shopify's Hydrogyn and Oxygen setup. We also had the Sanity.io CMS integrated to allow for an enhanced CMS and content management capabilities. Bighorn was an absolute dream to work with. They were on time and budget, very communicative and proactive as a team. They offered suggestion to streamline communication and requirements gathering. They were very hands on and lead our team through the entire design/build/release process. They made it so simple and easy for us to keep up with this project while still being busy running the day-to-day on our end.
