Pros:

  • They have excellent communication, and are quick to make any necessary changes.

  • Our creative team had the ideas and JDR Web brought the ideas to life

  • I was impressed with how well the JDR team worked together to understand both what I really wanted from my website, but more importantly what I didn't want, and they exceeded all of my expectations in the end.

  • What I appreciated most was their willingness to adapt and their openness to my ideas and revisions.

Cons:

  • I truly can't think of a specific issue we have had with JDR.

  • I cannot think of any major issue that has come up that they couldn't handle

  • I legitimately can not think of anything that would need improvement.

  • The only drawback was that I sometimes felt the need to follow up on emails.

The interaction with JDR Web is what I appreciated the most. In a world were dealing with customer service and sales people is a very frustrating process. JDR Web was very quick and professional in getting back to me and handling all my concerns when building my site.
Cons:
The one thing I wished I would've done first was used JDR Web when beginning my process I would've saved a lot of money and time.

JDR helped us with a redesign project that was able to not only bring the brand to life, but also offer a great website designed to attract more prospects and leverage within our marketing strategy.
