Pros:

They are the best creative video production firm out there. They create compelling, unique visuals. Their work stands out, and has a level of visual refinement that is just hard to find. Their creative design work is exceptional. Hire them to make a statement.
While working as Director of Marketing for Tinder I've hired Culprit Creative... The launch of Superlike feature with Nina Agdal and Erin Heatherton, and our collaboration with Spotify

Incredible talents. Helped us with all aspects of our launch. We had the highest paid television actress in the world, and only one day to capture everything we needed for our launch. Culprit delivered above and beyond expectations.

Nothing. I've hired them multiple times and plan do so again.
Well there really isn’t much here other than they are high in demand so future projects may have to be planned in advance if I’m able to get them
Their price. They're expensive but ultimately 100% worth it. In some respects I guess you can say they are cheap because the most expensive thing to do is have to do something over again because it failed the first time. There is no failure with Culprit Creative.
I don't have anything bad to say. I wish they were based in NYC where my company is now.

Overall Experience: Their video content and professionalism was incredible and had Sofia Vergara comfortable and excited while they worked their magic, and their photos have appeared on shows like Ellen Degeneres, Jimmy Kimmel, and much much more. They explained a complex membership and business model with easy to follow visuals and master storytelling.

Pros:

During my time at Millennial Media we hired Culprit Creative to create our brand video. They delivered far above and beyond expectations.

Cons:

Wish the process could have been a little bit faster, but their attention to detail and quality is likely what takes the most time. From concept to delivery the project took about a month.
