Overall Experience: I have been working with Ruth since my first website. I am very particular about both my content and my visual presentations, so we do a lot of collaborative work together to get things just right. She has a talent for artistic and creative design. I have a complicated multipage website....we launched the new one a year ago and added a membership program that is multilevel. She and her programmer met the challenge to create exactly what I wanted and needed for by global following. We also added a load of multimedia components this time around. This all demanded a lot of work from both of us and her programmer. We all stuck with it and we have gradually met the original vision of providing support to a global following during this very challenging time in our world. Extremely attentive to detail and very responsive and helpful on all customer service levels. I am thrilled with all of the design work that was done and very happy with how the site turned out overall especially the gallery!
