I'm a manager in the DTC line of business at a family of wineries and brands whose singular focus is producing the finest quality wines and incredible customer experiences. We needed to quickly launch an online-only platform for one of our celebrity clients. Overall Experience: Vonnda helps with writing code for our D2C website. Their team maintains and develops the site. They provide frontend design services as well as manage frontend and backend development. Their team also completely re-platformed our website from Magento 1 to Magento 2. Their communication’s one of their best qualities. If I have an emergency, I can get a hold of their team at any time of the day. I appreciate their communication and personal touch. They’re really great people and it feels like more than a contract relationship. At this point, their team feels like co-workers. I’ve been happy with them over the 2.5 years we've worked together.

Overall Experience: Excellent work. Delivered just what I was looking for. Any time there was a question or an ambiguity, they were ready to talk through options and advise on which way to go. My traffic site increased massively afterwards. Great communication, especially from Mark, the founder. Replies to emails were prompt, but even better is that Mark was always ready to jump on a call and answer questions, provide guidance, etc. Very flexible, honest, easy to work with.
