Pros:

  • The folks at Alameda are legitimately customer focused. Every time my company needed support for our web presence needs, they always provided incredibly expeditious high-quality responses. In the information age, it is paramount to have a reliable partner company taking care what may be one of the most important areas of any business, its web presence. I trust Alameda to be just that partner for my business.

  • Ross is an expert in his field. He is helpful and provides all options in a way that the client can understand. Using his services increased visability and enhanced our consumer-facing options for reviews, etc.

  • Ross had many helpful hints and suggestions on how to optimize my website. He was very pleasant.

  • Ross is great to work with. He really works to figure out what your business needs, who you are marketing to and then comes up with the best way to do it

Cons:

  • Nothing! I liked it all! I do not have anything negative to report.

  • I do not have any bad feedback on negative experiences to report. Our products continue to work very well.

Overall Experience: Roughly two years ago I wanted to update our website and AIM was recommended to me. I called, spoke to Ross Taylor and with a few back and forth emails and phone calls we were up and running with a classier site, more support and reasonable pricing than I expected. In 2023 we will be migrating to on-line sales and AIM will handling that. We recently set up a business (separate corporation) in Canada and guess who will be doing that website?

Overall Experience: I hadn't heard of SEO before, but after someone mentioned it at a local Frisco business mixer, I knew I had to find out more. There are a handful of SEO companies in Frisco, and most seem competent, but was most impressed by AIM for quick follow up and their ability to work without a long term contract at a price that seems in line with the others. 8 months in, it's been a great experience, and I'm really seeing the effects of better web presence. Leads have increased, and so have the quality of those leads.
