We worked with 9th Wonder for our website and branding redesign and are really happy with the results! In the IT/telecom industry, it's hard to stand out, but 9W helped us simplify and refocus our messaging, and created a visual identity throughout our new website that is truly unique when compared to our competitors and peers. We've had a lot of fun building upon the redesign and better establishing our "brand" in the market. Our site even won a first place award in its submission category recently, so the results speak for themselves! The 9W team was ALWAYS prepared, communicated extremely well, kept us on track and delivered an awesome product that met all of our goals. We still work together through monthly support hours and they've continued this level of professionalism and responsiveness - the quality of the partnership has never faltered. After a quick lunch meeting, Mark Mitton, their CMO, crafted a proposal to address our website and the foundational work required for a growing tech startup to create a new category in an emerging vertical market. 9thWonder strategically addressed our company’s challenge and led us through a rebrand. They defined and created our brand mission, vision, messaging, positioning, personas, logo, guidelines, and the website. Following the successful brand and website launch, we went on to work with 9thWonder on search marketing and a video. Overall Experience: 9th Wonder has been an incredible partner to work with. The team is creative and their thought process is as diverse as they come. Always buttoned up on deadlines, and budgets. We work on complex projects together that involve dimensional paper designs which at times calls for flexibility on the part of the end client in order to achieve the best product possible and still stay within budget. Ray Rios has been an excellent communicator when those needs arise and always open to suggestions. We could not ask for a more seamless integration in regards to the work we have produced together. It was clear from the first meeting that they understood our business and our culture. Overall Experience: I cannot say enough about the team at 9th Wonder. From account management to web strategy, site development, programming, updates and maintenance, they truly are a 10 out of 10 in my book. My firm has come to rely heavily on them for virtually all our web-related work, including SEO – and they have never let us, or our clients, down. That's a rare quality these days, and one that, as an agency principle, I admire a great deal. And on top of it all, their creative never fails to engage or compel our audiences. Overall Experience: 9th Wonder helped our company rebrand about two years ago. Rebranding is such a painful project, specially when you have partners that don't agree on anything. However, 9th wonder shepherd us through the process successfully and they pleasure to work with – responsive, dedicated, and skilled in their field. Not the cheapest agency in town, but you get what you pay for.... Our lead generation tripled, we have more candidates applying for open roles, and We’ve grown from 700k in annual revenues to almost 2.5m this year.

Overall Experience: We retained 9th Wonder for a 6-month branding project. This came in the wake of two key acquisitions that expanded our existing markets and opened new, adjacent markets as well. We sought agency help to reposition the company and update/consolidate the brand to reflect the evolution of our business. The team at 9th Wonder came in and drove the project with focus, creativity, and great insight. With 9th Wonder, we had a genuine, invested partner who brought the invaluable expertise that we did not have in-house. They produced the entire slate of core deliverables: discovery docs, internal and customer interviews, messaging platform development, logo and collateral design, web site assessment and optimization, and market testing. The final deliverables were outstanding, and we’re now positioned—from a brand perspective—to accommodate additional growth and expansion for at least the next 5 years. Would I seek help from 9th Wonder should another large-scale marketing project arise? You bet. It’s the first call I’d make.

Overall Experience: We've worked with 9th Wonder for just over two years. In a head-to-head test, they easily won our SEM/Pay-Per-Click business.
