Pros:

  • Their cost efficiency to bring results at an affordable and reasonable price!

  • Knowledgeable, hepful staff, quick, efficient service levels, like dealing with a Canadian company

  • Very responsive professional team. Customer service excellent. Great designers!

Cons:

  • Sometimes communication took longer but this was b/c they were working on many projects / clients -- we were notified of this in advance

  • I do not have any input on how to provide any improvements - the have already achieved excellence in providing product and service levels

  • Nothing. Everything fantastic. My only regret is that we didn't hire these folks sooner!
