I would give Blue42 a 10/10 in every area, but what really sticks out is their customer service. They are very good at communicating, and everyone is very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Overall Experience: My experience with Blue 42 is not a great one. I would not recommend Jason or Blue 42 for any of your Marketing needs. He will take your money and not provide the services he or his company bills you for. I had requested multiple times for a detailed accounting of where our money was being spent and he refused to provide it. I asked 4 people and none of them would provide it. They billed for services they did not provide and refuse to refund money that was paid for advertising. The sales sheets and social media postings had grammatical and spelling errors. When you communicate that there is a problem, Jason will stop communicating and not do anything to correct the problems. Jason was more concerned about getting the monthly payment than providing the services that they are supposed to be providing. I would think twice about using this company.
