Overall Experience: The level of engagement and true interest in our organization that was expressed by Lindsay, Emma and Prem in every conversation was so reassuring and encouraging. I felt that they were generally interested in us and doing whatever they could to do the work needed to move us forward. In the final presentation Prem was magnificent. He presented with ease and knowledge. It appeared that he was presenting without script but at a level of expertise that was beyond what could be expected for the amount of time that we had worked together. Emma, Lindsay and Prem all reflected back to us the level of formality that we are used to without ever compromising professionalism or speaking over us.

Overall Experience: Working with Massive Media has been a positive experience all round - both for the wider business and professionally for many of us involved in the project . From their highly knowledgeable, supportive and collaborative approach to supporting our website needs, through to the way in which they have supported us in bringing out our brand, their insights and the manner in which they apply them have been second to none. This extends also to their management of the project overall particularly as we are based partly in Europe.
