CloudMasonry exceeded our expectations in every respect. As an organization, we had very little experience with SalesForce customization or utilization and needed an attentive firm that could build solutions and provide guidance for a highly unique, dynamic business model in a regulated industry. It was obvious from the initial scoping meetings that the CloudMasonry were experts in custom SalesForce solutions development and they got our team up to speed on their proposals very fast considering our lack of experience. Throughout the engagement, they were fully on top of the deliverables, timelines, and communication cadence, owning much more of the project accountability than I expected and guiding our stakeholders through the development decisions and strategy. On top of it all, the team is fun and easy to work with and their work product is elegant and efficient. The (reasonable) cost was more than worth the results, and I would not even evaluate other vendors for our next SalesForce build needs.February 27, 2020

Pros:

  • Very responsive and creative in providing solutions. Super flexible in the way they provide service.

  • Simply put, Everything. Communication, solution recommendation, design, speed of turn around, and follow up. They did everything right, the first time.

  • Extremely responsive, creative, and knowledgeable. Not just order takers, they have experience running orgs from a practitioners perspective and help to guide smart decisions.

  • Robert and Peter did a wonderful job working with us on an extremely tight implementation timeline. From the initial consultation to the follow through after completion- The CM team was wonderful.

Cons:

  • Really have had no complaints, nothing has fallen short.

  • Nothing bad to say at all. I've worked with Salesforce consulting firms of all sizes over a number of years across numerous projects and CloudMasonry was BY FAR the best and easiest to work with. They get IT.

  • I've been working with them for a little over 3 months and have 0 complaints.

Overall Experience: We were in a bit of a tight spot and they rose to the occasion. They gave us honest and realistic feedback about our options and the possibilities. They never dropped the ball when it came to communicating in timely manner. Peter did not hesitate to get as many hands on deck as time and resources would allow. Every person on our team was extremely friendly and professional; they all listened attentively and offered relevant feedback; they were proactive in thinking creatively through and offering ideas that would aid/improve our current work flows. They were very enthusiastic about finding solutions that made sense for our company. Great team!

Overall Experience: All to often consulting firms are all talk with poor follow through, but not CloudMasonry. They knew the questions to ask, were quick to anticipate potential issues by laying out solutions and had an extremely fast turn around for the mess I handed them. Not only did they help me figure out a HUGE mess of data being transferred from MS Access into SF, but were key to help design and implement an architecture that fit my specific needs to ensure maximum usability for my team. Good by data and usability problems, hello productivity. Thank you Peter and the CloudMasonry team.

Overall Experience: This experience was a dream compared to some of the other transitions and consulting experiences our company has had. From the first time we spoke with Peter, we knew that we wanted to go with CloudMasonry. He explained things in terms we understood, laid out a clear route/plan, and guided us through the whole process. It was such a relief to find a trusted vendor who did not have to be micro-managed or prodded to complete the scope of work. We would highly recommend and plan on using CloudMasonry for any of our future Salesforce or development based projects.

Overall Experience: Working with CloudMasonry was great! We had a very positive experience, as the team was responsive, knowledgable and professional. The output of the roadmapping project we worked was very much in line with what we expected and were looking for.
