Pros:

  • Communication was top notch throughout, and anyone familiar with creative processes knows the importance of high-level communication.

  • The team from LAB did an excellent job. They made us a killer website and new logo design. Their work definitely improved our online presence and helped focus our marketing strategy.

Cons:

  • I'm not familiar enough with website design to know what could have been improved, but we are very happy with the result.

  • Nothing to dislike. They kept me on schedule with regular follow-ups and conference calls. Communication was great. Pricing was great.

Overall Experience: WOW! These guys are awesome. Our restaurant has gotten so many compliments on our website and the branding they helped us with. We used the font they designed for us on several different retail items. The website is very easy to navigate when updating. They took extra care of us making sure the designs they picked out served our history of the business justice. We are so lucky to have had worked with LAB Digital and would recommend to anyone looking to update or create their brand!
