I have worked with LexReception for nearly 3 years and their services are an invaluable asset to my small business. Setting up my account was easy and any changes I need to make are handled quickly and correctly. The feedback and recording options for inbound calls is great too. When there are issues with team members not handling a call according to the script, their system makes it easy to review the call (assuming you have calls recorded) and the follow-up from the supervisor teams is fast and thorough. Overall Experience: Lex has provided me the flexibility of scheduling new patients without having to hire another staff member. Using the dashboard is easy. Problems with the script or call conversations are quickly addressed and corrected. My patients have always stated how cordial and professional the person was that answered the phone. Overall Experience: Helpful in adjusting minutes up at a reasonable cost to deal with the needs of my solo practice. Always respond immediately if we need to add an instruction like "closed for training" or "closed for a long holiday weekend reopening ... ". Available 24/7 for prospective clients. Responded promptly when a problem arose. My staff love knowing they can switch on during lunch or from 30 minutes to a couple of hours if they are snowed under with clients. Very pleased.

Overall Experience: Had another answering service that was twice as much and at least only half as effective and accurate. Brianna Quiroga stays on top of everything for us. I even received a phone call b/c a client was at the office with a retainer fee and enabled me to connect with the client. The messages make sense, the names are right - I absolutely would recommend LEX to everyone!
