TechMD is always on the cutting edge of technology. They stay on top of what’s new, what’s coming, and what’s changing. Anything to do with IT, the team has created a name for themselves. Anybody who chooses them as a vendor has chosen well. Shaun (vCIO) is our primary contact, along with him, I have worked with talented Professional Service Consultants, analyst, project managers, leads, help desk staff and in touch with their bookkeepers, and purchasing specialist regularly. Each one has a role that brings together an awesome team that allows us to function. Lets not forget their amazing leaders, Sebastian and Mark, that have a big heart for non-profits like ours. Aside from the technical knowledge, their personalities are great. They’re easy to talk to and they communicate in a way that helps us understand what their technical mind is saying. I truly admire all the work they do; the teams assigned to our agency work hard to please us and do it with a smile. There hasn’t been anything that TechMD hasn’t been able to resolve for us. Overall Experience: TechMD has been our managed service provider for well over 10 years. Ever since they have become and bigger and bigger partner to us. They are such an integral part of our organization that I tell all of our vendors if you speak to TechMD you are speaking to us. TechMD helps us problem solve, manage projects, keep track of inventory, help our staff all while keeping our costs as low as possible. Over the past 5 years TechMD has helped us improve our cyber security and implement policies and procedures that have made a huge difference for our organization and our staff. One of the biggest positives to working with TechMD is the staff that they employ. Their techs are knowledgeable, kind, patient, and able to explain things in a very clear manner. They don't just try and fix the problem they help you understand the problem.

Overall Experience: Tech MD have been my outsourced IT company for almost 10 years now, and my Firm could not survive without them. Sebastian and his team are consistently helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, highly proactive, prompt to respond, and they all go out of their way to help resolve an issue when it comes up. For a service company like mine, our ability to communicate to clients and conduct work is 100% through our computers, and without TechMD, I have no idea how I would manage it. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring IT support!

Overall Experience: We are a growing nonprofit of 49 staff with growing IT needs. Like many organizations, we didn't have the infrastructure to have an in-house IT department. TechMD was the perfect solution. They provide us with mult-level of support from responding to support tickets submitted by our employees to having a dedicated vCIO that serves the role of your own IT Director, and also do work on special projects like revamping our phone systems. Overall Experience: I have had multiple interactions with TechMD and they have all been positive and helpful. Of the technicians I have interacted with, all have been professional and pleasant. Most of the issues that have arisen for me have been related to permissions on my work computer, which TechMD is able to quickly address. Scheduling an appointment has been an easy process as well. I noted the our working relationship is average; this is because there has not been an opportunity to do so based on the service my company uses TechMD for.
