I am a consultant who provides software and development services to ERP and logistics businesses. One of my clients had a huge issue with their digium reseller and they were literally $50k per day in business cut off, 20 extensions down. I called BCA and within an hr a technician was at my clients door. Rebuilt the entire phone system from scratch, ported over the numbers and got us up in one day. After that, they migrated them to digium cloud and they could not be happier. This company is professional, efficient, Honest and knowledgeable.September 1, 2022
