Buvh Designs, a Denver based web design firm, are the worst web design and SEO company I have ever dealt with. I have been involved with numerous start-up companies and personally in charge of coordinating their websites and SEO. Please know, I came into this project after it had started and tried to pull together what little work they had done. They were given examples of websites we liked in the same industry. To have something similar to our competition it would have taken a minimum of 18 pages. After 8 months of working with them, they could not barely produce 6 pages and thought this was complete. When the wire frames were designed and we wanted a change, the item was completely removed with no other options given. They used the smoke and mirrors game with the graphic artist (Buhv calls a Front End Developer) and then would tell the client their site would then needed to get coded and sent to a developer. This site was created in Wordpress, a CMS built for people who do not have the development skills to use a native language. They were playing the game of assuming their client didn't know how these programs worked. I believe that is who their main client is. Buhv will take your money and pretend they have done something great, use all of the key words to impress their client, all because the client did not know what they were actually receiving. SO BUYER BE WARNED! We did understand and kept challenging them trying to recoup the money we had already spent. The owners (Robert Lane and Alex Hemker) had minimal interaction and instead they passed all the responsibility down to their employees and kept sending invoices for work not completed. We kept asking about the security of our site and they did not even know how to be industry compliant. Buhv was supposed to be the expert. When they gave us passwords to log into collaboration sites, they would send us things like Password123, showing a complete detachment to building anything is a secure fashion. At the beginning of the project we had given them access to our present website, they broke our Contact Us page and cost us months of revenue (we have the logs of BUHV going into our site). We kept asking what the launch of our site would look like and they did not know that answer either. An example of the owners disregard for the client is the day I went to the office to meet the team since I was trying to pull this project back together. One of the owners could not meet me since he was having a massage in the office. The new account manager, that we were recently assigned, excitedly said to me that today was "massage day". I now know where our money went. End of the story, we have now fired them, sucked up the financial lose and moved one. There were 2 employees that were good and really tried, I wish them the best. I am posting this since I just don't want Buhv Designs, Robert Lane and Alex Hemker, (Buhv Designs / Denver SEO and Web Design) located at 1425 Market St #10, Denver, CO 80202 to do this to anyone else. Pros:

  • My website is the best in my industry and my marketing efforts are helping me double my business every year.

  • Randall Hartman was incredibly knowledgeable in scoping my concept and scaling it to my budget.

  • There were 2 employees that sincerely tried. They did try their best to be collaborative but the owners of Buhv had passed all responsibility down to them and were barley involved. This is a very small company. It was not acceptable.

  • The team at Buhv is top-notch. Not only are they experts within the SEO & Digital Marketing space, but they are also all-around great partners to have on your company's side. They truly take the time to understand your brand, evaluate challenges, and then deliver successful results.

Cons:

  • I have always had a positive experience and the team is always available for meetings.

  • Can’t always get everything you want with a limited budget, but knowing what was important to me, they were able to help me invest in features that gave me the most ROI.

  • Buhv did not listen to our needs or deliver a finished product. They broke our Contact Us in our original site costing us money and cancelled meetings. I even went to the office trying to save the project and one of the owners could not meet me since he was having a massage in his office. I now knew where our money had gone.

  • The entire experience working with Buhv has been A+. We partnered with Buhv to help develop & design our website and with superb results have extended our partnership with them to include SEO and Digital Marketing consulting.

Pros:
There were 2 employees that sincerely tried. They did try their best to be collaborative but the owners of Buhv had passed all responsibility down to them and were barley involved. This is a very small company. It was not acceptable.
Cons:
Buhv did not listen to our needs or deliver a finished product. They broke our Contact Us in our original site costing us money and cancelled meetings. Overall Experience: I have been working with Buhv since I opened my med spa in 2015. I have used Buhv's services for my website and marketing. Thanks to Buhv's talented design team I have the best website in my industry by far. I had no idea what I wanted but I knew that I needed a site that would make me stand out from my competition. They helped guide me to achieve this goal and I am so pleased with my end result! I have consistently used Buhv for SEO and Ad Words since opening my business. I have dabbled in other marketing avenues but nothing is as successful as seo and adwords. After a year of working with them I could consistently rely on 30 new patients every month. Now 2.5 years in I can rely on 50 new patients/ month. Obviously it takes work on our end and we are constantly working to ensure we capture each new patient who calls our office. The buhv team is always very responsive when I have questions and are always available to meet with me when I want to update my marketing plan or adjust my website.

From sketching out my ideas of the big picture and the tailoring an SOW that worked to my budget and keeping me updated every step of the way. No cost over run, no mysterious line items, and the results were better than I expected. Can’t go wrong with BUHV. Thanks for all the hard work!

Awesome customer service and we've seen great results with our SEO in a few short months.
Cons:
Truly... nothing! I wish we could spend more of our marketing dollars to get more of their services, but their price seems to be comparative if not better than other local companies. No complaints!

Overall Experience: Such great partners! We had previously been working with another marketing group and weren't fully loving the experience. We made the switch to Buhv a few months ago and they've been wonderful! We're seeing great results with our SEO and they're an awesome group of folks. Couldn't recommend them more :-)
