I sat down with Eric and his staff and we designed our new website from a template. They built it and I provided the content and soon enough the phone started ringing and the emails came pouring in and we've had people come in the shop from all over. People often say something like, 'we found you online and you have lots of good reviews, so we came here.' Without a good SEO program no one will find your business with a simple google search. Guaranteed SEO does all the behind the scenes stuff to make your site come up in the top three or so listings when someone googles the keywords that relate to your business. If you're not in the top group on the first page of google results most people won't find you. If that's the case, then most of the money you spent on your site will be wasted. Go with the best.   • Strong understanding of SEO and their industry, and ability to partner with us business-to-business rather than sell to us.

  • Great service , very experienced in there industry.

Cons:

  • Very little to dislike. Like any tech company, they've had personnel turnover, but their senior-level oversight has helped make this nearly painless.

  • Since there isn't really 50 words worth of comments to describe what I like least about them I will add that they have some great developers with some great ideas for products that can benefit any business looking to outrank their competition.

  • I have nothing negative to say about the company as any time I am not happy with results, we discuss where we are an how best to change strategy to improve performance.

  • Didn’t have a good email service , had to switch. The first service we signed up for had many glitches and lost email and service at times.

Pros:
After I had our website re-done by Guaranteed SEO and doubled our SEO budget our sales took off almost immediately. Sales were better the next month and now are about as busy as we can be.
Cons:
They ain't cheap but you get what you pay for. If you get a cheap website package no one will find you.

Pros:
Dedicated team to our real needs. It was a pleasure to work in French and get the best advice to reach our goals. We liked to have a multi skilled team to help us.
Cons:
As a not for profit organization it was a bit complicated to set up the paiement methode, but found a solution at the end.
