Overall Experience: I really appreciate the overall responsiveness of everyone at ClearCom. Randy and Chris consistently close the loop on all of my questions and everyone takes a proactive approach to our tech needs. I always feel like we are partners and that ClearCom is really thinking about our needs and issues and making decisions that are in our company's best interest. Lately, I have been getting a good number of follow up calls from different team members keeping me updated. ClearCom makes my life / job easier and that is a huge differentiator from our previous service provider. ClearCom states that they have our back and their practices prove it.

Overall Experience: Corey was very helpful when it came to the issue. I had a issue with UNIPAY's web browser when it came to trying to pull up the reports. Corey was very positive and constantly making sure that he could find all the possible problems and to try to find the possible solutions. He also kept checking and updating me about the issue and even got in contact with the UNIPAY to resolve the issue.

Overall Experience: I work for an auto dealership and receive a lot of emails each day. I received a suspicious looking email from "Microsoft" stating I had to update my info, or I would stop getting my emails. Rather than reply, I emailed my concern to ClearCom tech support and within minutes I was informed the email was not legitimate and, was told I would not be hearing from that sender anymore. I am glad I checked, it was easy and quick. I know first-hand the disruption a computer virus can have; I never want to experience that again!

Overall Experience: I usually put tickets in for issues through their website. This morning I had an issue that I needed resolved in a certain window of time. I called ClearCom and it didn't take long for Bill to call me back. Bill took care of the issue I was having and resolved it completely to my satisfaction. He was very pleasant to speak with and resolved the issue quickly. I have to say that whoever I speak with at ClearCom they are always polite and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
