Pros:

  • What I find unique about Fahrenheit Marketing is their ability to adapt to each client's needs. Every client has a focus and every company has a category that needs improvement. Fahrenheit Marketing was fantastic in outlining the areas that we needed to focus on and developed a strategy from the beginning to improve on it.
  • Fahrenheit Marketing is easy to work with. They’re always super helpful and are an extension of our team. They’ve proven themselves to always be dedicated to us. We never feel that somebody else is more important than us; that’s always very much appreciated. They work with quite a few different people from my team. Their team treats everyone exactly the same, regardless if it’s the VP or a marketing associate. Everyone gets the same level of service and respect.
  • What we found most impressive about Fahrenheit Marketing was their commitment to professional meta-data optimization, content customization, and curated internal links. These techniques, along with their insightful data reporting and tailored SEO campaigns, set them apart from other companies we considered. They truly understand the importance of a well-rounded and effective SEO strategy, and they take the time to understand our specific needs and goals. This level of personalized attention and expertise was truly unique and made a big impression on us.
  • Above all else, the team has been flexible. They've helped us accomplish unexpected tasks with our website when we have no one else to help us. Noting was out of scope, we simply negotiated around the confines of the contract and Fahrenheit Marketing made it work.

Cons:

  • Nothing, I can’t think of anything negative.
  • I really dont have anything negative to say about Fahrenheit Marketing. We are continually impressed by them week after week.
  • We have been very satisfied with our partnership with Fahrenheit Marketing and have not encountered any major issues or areas for improvement. Of course, there's always room for growth and improvement in any business, but from our perspective, Fahrenheit Marketing has been performing exceptionally well. We appreciate their commitment to providing high-quality services and delivering results for our business.
  • I am unable to think of anything we would have asked to be done differently.

Overall Experience: We brought them on to help with our B2B efforts, especially on our online media kit site. It’s our public-facing site for those interested in purchasing ad sales. Fahrenheit Marketing serves as our partner in the B2B space. Their team designed the initial website, and now they maintain it. They provide insights and reporting. Currently, we’re in the middle of making some enhancements to the site. We’ll also be doing a refresh on the site with Fahrenheit Marketing. The refresh will focus on look and functionality. Additionally, we’re launching a blog, and they’re helping us with that. There are definitely some SEO conversations related to that.

Pros:
We're impressed with their responsiveness, attention to detail, and the quality of their results. Based on our strong relationship with them, we believe they’re the ideal agency for digital marketing and feel confident knowing we’re in the best hands. I can tell they have our best interest at heart because they’re always going the extra mile for us.
Cons:
We’ve given them a lot of constructive feedback and they would always adjust and improve upon them each time. I don’t see any way they could improve right now as they’re doing top-notch work for us.

Pros:
We have worked with Fahrenheit Marketing on a complicated and long term project to set up our inbound lead generation. Historically, we relied on paid advertising, and to expand our sales, we hired Fahrenheit Marketing to set up the SEO, replace our old content with new, relevant material targeting personas of our potential clients. Last but not the least, we needed attention to our PPC campaign to get it more optimized, with better conversion rates. Fahrenheit is a great agency, starting with their personal approach to its customers (judging based on our own experience), and most importantly, they know their craft and their recommendations are solid and safe. We were not looking for a flash in a pan but rather, a long term brand building exercise that would effectively expand our footprint in the industry.
Cons:
Nothing big that we can recall, maybe sometimes we had to educate them on our area of expertise, which involved a lot of technical background information, but I think their learning curve was to be expected. Nobody can know everything, especially if it requires some specific narrow knowledge.

Pros:
I was most impressed by the way each and every person in their team really cared about what we were building. They took the time to understand our domain, understand our users and did the research before suggesting designs. Most people don't take the effort to do this but Fahrenheit Marketing team deeply cares and this is reflected in the quality of work.
Cons:
They probably don't need the project manager for all engagements and should make it optional.

Pros:
They seemed to really know what they're doing, but so does everyone on the first call. But they actually produced the results we wanted to see. There's even potential for us to do more as we want to add budget, and that prospect is exciting.
Cons:
The only complaints we had early on were resolved with a new project manager. It feels like new projects take longer than they should to get off the ground which can be frustrating, but it's usually worth the wait.

Overall Experience: As we grew our company and had a SEO strategy, we needed high quality backlinks. We went with quality over quantity. It started with an onboarding call, in which we discussed what we're looking to get out of this project and any specific keywords they should look for. After that, they did their research on the company website and its digital footprint and which keywords to target. They then delivered the agreed upon links every month with a report summarizing the link and its DA score.
