Overall Experience: I’ve never been super familiar with the digital marketing landscape, so I was incredibly happy to find Digital Destination. Not only were the results immediate and impressive, but they also have excellent customer service. They completed their tasks effortlessly, while they also patiently and diligently explained digital marketing to me in a way that was easy to understand. Additionally, they kept me up-to-date with comprehensive monthly reports that let me see the true benefits of their services. I cannot recommend them enough.

Pros:
The service was outstanding, particularly compared to my prior resource, who was a large publisher who serviced my industry (law practice). Digital Destination also took great pains to replicate my personal writing style in giving me drafts of blogs to review, which helped immensely in staying current with this marketing effort while continuing the day-to-day work of my firm. Steve Gibbons is extremely knowledgeable about the nuts and bolts of advertising and promoting on social media, much more so that my prior experience with other vendors.

Pros:
The Digital Destination team spent hours understanding our business needs. There was no pressure to buy. We felt completely comfortable that they had our best interests in mind. They completely redesigned our website and crafted a PPC program that has produced incredible results. Each month we review our program with the team and continually refine our keywords. The reputation management program has cleaned up our listings across the web and every time we have to tweak our website, the changes are done by the next day.

This section is not applicable to us. We have not found any reason to not to do business with this company. They are hands on and very approachable.
