Josh and his team at Trajectory helped with the re-design on our website. It was in bad shape and stuck behind old editable coding leaving our site abandoned and out of date. Josh and team were not only able to help us design and implement a new website, but we are now able to manage the content ourselves! They are incredibly responsive right from the start, and their team has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Josh and team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Pros:

They delivered an amazing product with no hand holding or any serious revisions so it was an extremely streamlined process. We spent some time going over exactly what I wanted and they delivered it perfectly on time. Would recommend them 100% of the time. Plus, even post project, there's been a few follow ups and they have been extremely responsive. Building/designing a website was a big task but so glad I picked them.
Josh Worden and the team at Trajectory did a truly outstanding job in redesigning and updating our company website. The process was professional and kept exactly on schedule. They did a great job learning about our company and clients, and translated that effectively and concisely onto the new website. Trajectory made the process very easy and I strongly recommend them without reservation.

Pros:

We have worked with Trajectory for over 12 years for all things related to the web, automation, branding, and just general business advice. They are our only go-to for our inspection consulting business and rental cabin business.

Cons:

It is hard to come up with anything that is remotely distasteful. Our firm has grown to the point where Trajectory no longer has the capacity to handle major IT support for our inspection reporting software, and they have recommended options for moving forward. Their advice during the transition is invaluable.

Overall Experience: Josh and Trajectory Web Design provided us with a stellar website redesign experience. The whole team was professional, communicated clearly, and was super well organized. They were able to completely revamp our out of date, slow website and bring us into the 21st century with simple aesthetics and speedy-quick animations. The back-end, of managing the website, is also super intuitive and easy to use. The whole Trajectory Web Design team made our website redesign as painless as it could possibly be. Overall Experience: We chose Trajectory on a recommendation from another website Trajectory had built. We knew what we wanted, but knew very little about how to go about getting it. In an initial phone call Josh answered 40 minutes of our beginner questions with patience and answers we wanted to hear. He explained what he needed from us and gave us a detailed schedule of how things would go. We did our best from our end and he came through with flying colors on his. Very organized! Very professional! Great communication! Just before launch, he customized a tutorial video instructing us on how to operate the site. Either the video was so well done or the site so well structured that we have not needed to return to the video. Actually both are true.
