Pros:

We like that they were able to create our website and then help us generate leads with SEO.
Communication was absolutely amazing. Brennen and his team are the real deal and there is nothing more we appreciate then quick communication within our line of business. On top of that their advice and vision for every goal we wanted to meet was inspiring and extremely helpful.
Brennen made himself available to me on very short notice and was able to fit my campaign into his schedule working well into the night to ensure it was completed. Brennen's entire team was not just thoughtful, but caring and knowing I was running late and had spilled my coffee on myself earlier on my way to his office, had coffee ready for me as I walked in.
They were able to assist us even though we are a startup size and budget to make us compete with others that have been in our space for years.

Cons:

There isn't anything that I can think of to mention.
Honestly, nothing. Having worked with the best firms in NY, Boston, and DC I had high expectations and PixelCutLabs exceeded all of my goals.

Pros:

Working with PixelCutLabs has been nothing short of an exceptional experience. I run a nonprofit that hosts an annual event which raises money for the DFW homeless community and naturally, branding was never on my horizon. Now, after seeing what PixelCutLabs has done with my brand, I can confidently say that they have a great deal to do with it.

Cons:

It was hard for me to come to terms with the hosting plans at first. I was under the impression that web hosting usually costs around $10-$15/month. - After seeing the results of what I'm paying for monthly with PCL (Managed WordPress Cloud Hosting with rolling backups and top-notch monitoring) I have no problem with the hosting price tag because it includes a support system unlike any I've ever seen.

Overall Experience: We hired PixelCutLabs to build us a new website and take over our SEO and PPC campaign. What we have received so far has been much more than we expected. Brennen sat us down to do an exercise that helped us redefine our brand and narrow our target market. Brennen then took this information to build up the framework of a new CRM platform for us that mirrors our sales cycle. Then we began the exercise of using this data to build our a 100% custom website that does exactly what we need it to do. I truly believe that PixelCutLabs is putting us on the right path that will lead to increased revenue, profits and growth.

Overall Experience: PixelCutLabs overall over exceeded expectations by really focusing on our budget to attract the most qualified leads. We were managing our own PPC campaigns prior and they explained what we were doing right and what they could do to make it more right (I know, not proper English there). Their strategy session really opened our eyes to what we didn't know we could achieve that was actually in reach on our budget and conversions have now shown it to be accurate. We look forward to continuing to work with PixelCutLabs.

Pros:

PixelCutLabs has filled in the gaps where we previously couldn't. Because they manage our entire digital presence, they've become a partner in our business and not just a service provider. On several occasions, topics unrelated to marketing were mentioned and they took the initiative to find the answer, even though it wasn't in our agreement. That's what we value in a partner, and that's why I recommend PixelCutLabs whenever I have the opportunity.

Cons:

PixelCutLabs is undoubtedly a service-driven business. In my memory, only one of the fifty monthly social media posts PixelCutLabs sends out on our behalf was not sent. I wouldn't have noticed if I weren't contacted with an explanation of the situation. They take responsibility when something goes wrong - which, in my opinion, is more important than anything in a business relationship.
