After trying to manage our website development internally, we were initially hesitate on the overall costs associated with outsourcing the website redesign and the ongoing costs associated with improving our SEO. Working with Knowmad was a very positive experience. Step one was the website redesign, which working with Sarah was absolutely a pleasure. Step two has been working with Chris on improving SEO and lead generation. Again, very professional and a pleasure, with a high level of communication along the way. In less than 90 days, we have already received a lead that will ultimately generate enough profits (if we close on the business) to pay for the costs associated with Knowmad. Pros:

  • Knowmad is incredibly easy to work with - they are smart, responsive, and have great ideas!

  • William and Sarah were extremely responsive during our engagement. The process was organized, communication was great, and they always responded to my questions and emails.

  • Knowmad really takes the time to understand their clients' business and sales processes and model a digital marketing plan to meet their budget.

  • Knowmad was very easy to work with. Our meetings stayed on schedule. Each deadline was met. We were working against a specific timeline for the launch and they were ahead of schedule. They were very quick to make any revisions we had.

Cons:

  • I have no cons - Knowmad was easy to work with!

  • I thought working with a web design team remotely would be challenging, but the process was smooth. There were some glitches and edits missing from our final page, but the team was very responsive in making the necessary fixes as soon as they were notified of them.

  • The shift from thinking like an engineer to thinking like a marketer was a difficult one. I'm glad Knowmad was there to guide me.

  • I can not think of anything that I did not like about my experience with Knowmad.

Overall Experience: After running into challenges with a vendor who required us to do the bulk of the work, we hired Knowmad to redesign our website. They had the experience, a proven process and even provided a writer. They were easy to work with and always kept their promises. We were able to launch on-time and on-budget. They were even able to manage the project while we were busy moving our office. Since the launch, we have used their Local Search Marketing program to increase our visibility and traffic to the website. As a result, we are getting more calls and adding new patients to our practice every month. We are very happy with the results.

Overall Experience: A very good relationship exists between the Gantrade Team and Matt Wheeler. Matt did a very good job of pacing the Gantrade Team with new content ideas and product promotion ideas. We continue to work on upgrades to our web site. The Knowmad Team has been very responsive to requests for information and assistance with our product promotion projects. Our bi-monthly Friday AM calls,have been valuable in continuing participation by the core website team at Gantrade. Gantrade appears to be running out of ideas for new blogs, so we need to identify new approaches to building content on the Gantrade site and growing customer leads. We need to plot new directions for our website in 2020.
