Pros:

Very detailed, very fast follow up, very accessible when providing our new logo.
I love the team. I love how quickly they get back to us. Our website is beautiful and we rank above our competition on Google in 95% of categories. Rob is the bomb and he takes us out for taco tuesday.
They explained everything in simple to understand terms for the rest of us who are not search engine SEO knowledgeable
The one on one interaction with Rob immediately! He believed in our vision and goals which was highly important to me! They gave up up to date information on the process and everything was streamlined so efficiently .

Cons:

Not much that we didn't like. I have recommended Legnd to another small business recently.
Their office isn't close enough to see them every Tuesday.
Would recommend this company for sure. I cannot really say anything negative about my experience. Happy to endorse!

LEGND's team possesses the organic, in-house, talent to help accomplish EVERY single web-related or design-related project I've brought them. These projects have ranged from helping layout the plan and associated website platforms to crowdfund a start-up business that earned (at the time) the highest funding seen on "Kickstarter.com" in the business' home state, to assisting top-level national security experts with the creation and design of graphics products that have been used at the highest levels of government to brief senior security and defense officials. Their flexibility and honesty are key components to their success. They will tell you up-front the various methods and costs associated with meeting your goals and then they'll adjust based on your timeline and budget, ensuring that they do their part to help you accomplish your mission. Most importantly, they are the types of men and women who you can trust to keep your information secure and to look out for your best interest in everything they do. In today's business and security environment, that is crucial.

My only regret is that I haven't tapped LEGND's full potential. I have rarely made the time to sit down with them and analyze the websites we've created to improve them. The LEGND team has done some of this on their own for me and routinely reminds me that we can get together to do this, but I haven't made the time to do so. I'm really glad to know they are standing by when I can carve out the time.

Having to provide them with information. Your website is only as good as the content that is in it. They cannot produce content for you because they are not there every day seeing the day to day operations. If you do not do your part to provide content, you will not get as good of a result
