Pros:

  • Deedra and the Hughes Media team did an excellent job redesigning our website. HM gave our website a modern look and we have received numerous compliments since we launched it. They also got to know our business to show us designs and features that made the most sense to our clients. Their ongoing support of our website hosting and site updates is top-notch and they also helped us understand how to make simple changes in Wordpress ourselves.

  • Because their due diligence is top notch, they are able take charge and make the process extremely efficient.

  • Their willingness to educate and explain the hows and whys of translating our project to our web and social media sites

  • Finally, a company that delivers on its promise in SEO and digital marketing. It took me years to find the right company to handle my Web site and drive traffic. Hughes Media is that company. Their leader, Deedra Hughes, and her staff, are savvy, on top of the most important trends, and nimble. Plus, their service is unequaled. When I have a problem, they respond with speed and deliver results.

Cons:

  • Hughes Media isn't the cheapest digital marketing agency in town, but you get what you pay for. HM delivers results, so they are a great value!

  • They held us accountable for our part and timelines of the project.

  • There are so many decisions that need to be made. The Hughes Media staff made these easy as they guided us through the process.

  • That I didn't discover Hughes Media a long time ago.

Overall Experience: We are a family owned and operated business that has been around for over 50 years and have always handled marketing pursuits inhouse. That changed a few years ago. Overall Experience: My company, Trimtab Consultants, has worked with Deedra and Hughes Media for over 8 years. Our old website looked like it was from the 90's. We are a B2B firm and needed a more effective look. They gave us a fresh look reflective of what we do---selling NetSuite to small and mid-sized businesses. Additionally, they produced top ranking results with their Search Engine Optimization program. It was well worth the investment. Trimtab has had a steady stream of clients over the year as a result of good placement and their strategy for Google AdWords. With our limited budget, they were able to write ads and target the right businesses. Plus, they are fun to work with.
