I hired Odd Duck Media after trying some other agencies who claimed they were experts. I had an immediate issue that needed resolving and I could not personally figure out how to correct it. Within 30 days Ben at Odd Duck corrected my issue with Adwords and we have never looked back. What I really love about this company, yes I said love, is that they adapt to my style and my approach to business. I gave Ben one goal when I hired them, I said are you up to the task, he said yes I am. One year later, we have been reached the initial goal and now I have challenged him to take that goal to the next step. He is always there for me, is honest, and prepares for our monthly phone meetings. He is not scared to say, let me do some additional research and get back to you on that. Too often these agencies will just tell you what they think you want to hear. Odd Duck will shoot straight with you. I cannot say enough about them. They are worth every penny I pay them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an on-line presence to drive traffic and increase business.

  • Ben from Odd Duck Media is committed to his customers. It doesn't matter how late in the night he may have to work. If he promises something, he does it. He has given expert advice on changes we needed to make which have had a immediate impact on our operations. I value his opinion and more importantly, I respect his opinions and suggestions. This company is the real deal. I have tried others who claim to know what they are doing. Odd Duck Media is all they say they are.

  • They've been an all-inclusive partner for my business and have helped me manage everything online. They're also very responsive.

  • I have no complaints or issues whatsoever. There is nothing that I can say that is negative. They built our site, managed SEO, managed ad campaigns, gave us strategic advise on marketing and managed all peripheral sites to increase SEO.

  • I honestly don't have anything negative to say about Odd Duck. I hired them to do a specific job, they do it. Period.

  • I have no complaints with Odd Duck's performance. The delivered as promised.

Odd Duck Media offered AND delivered everything I needed to bring my therapy business to the next level.
