My companies, DigiVino.com and GOsustainably.com, provide online marketing and web development services for the wine industry and small businesses respectively. Pros:

  • Fountain City understood the project paramaters and their complexity and provided some great solutions. They were very communicative and have a solid understanding of the technology included to achieve a solid solution. We had mutliple changes throughout the project and Fountain City managed to keep a close eye on the product while keeping budget in mind. If some potential request from our stakeholders would impact the project they were clear to communicate the changes and their impact.

  • Fountain City is run professionally and efficiently. I was repeatedly impressed with their organizational skills, management tools and prompt delivery of perfectly executed work. I was most impressed by the fact that I could rely on Fountain City to fill in, when I needed extra team members for my companies, without worrying. Their work was spot-on every time. I was sincerely proud to use them as an extension of my team.

Cons:

  • Nothing. Working with Fountain City was a good experience.

  • Nothing comes to mind when I think about what they need to do to improve. Of course if they would work for free I wouldn't argue, but we all need to get paid, and they are worth every penny.
