We use the Jax Media Team as our outsourced marketing department. They designed, created, and SEO optimized our website - and keep it running so that we are consistently at the top of page 1 of Google for all the relevant search terms. Additionally, they have provided sound advice on numerous other marketing efforts and coordinated with other web developers, branding experts, email marketers as necessary so we were able to remain focused on running a successful business as opposed to being marketers. The decision to work with JMT was one of the best we have ever made. Whenever there is an issue or a problem that needs to be worked through, Patrick and his team are EXTREMELY responsive and usually resolve any issues within minutes or hours, not days. Having worked with many other IT professionals, website designers, SEO and digital marketing companies, in the past, I can tell you that JMT has surpassed all of our expectations. Pros:

  • The Jax Media team is very responsive and takes care of our needs exactly as we ask and offers amazing suggestions to assist in the betterment of our company's marketing needs.

  • They tailored to my needs and vision 100%! Amazing service!

  • The staff has been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and fun to work with.

  • The communication from every team member on my project and how fast they where able to execute the tasks.

Cons:

  • I can't say that there is anything about Jax Media that I don't like.

  • The worst thing I could say would be like trying to pick out the worst wagyu ribeye at Morton's.

  • That their whole team wasn't able make our last Networking event.

  • "Nothing, I am very happy with their services."

On each one, they monitor performance and provide guidance on how to optimize properly to get the best results. They will tell you how it is and not sugarcoat things and will keep me involved with what I need to know as the business owner. Even three years into our contract, they still are able to increase organic traffic to our site by nearly 30% year-over-year. The CEO, Patrick, personally responds to my questions quickly and is really on top of his game."

They offered creative ideas to present our company professionally and were quick to act on feedback and edits. I LOVE the suspense feature which allowed me to SEE the DRAFT in process and for us to exchange ideas and edits real-time. Every email was answered same day and they were very patient with me when other projects delayed my timeline. I will be using their services again for sure! Overall Experience: Pat and his team literally made my BBQ catering business explode. It is hard to find a good value in the SEO/Digital Marketing, as it is basically a foreign language for the average person. It can be hard to tell if someone is just blowing smoke and not getting you optimum results, as they use terms and words that seem foreign. Not only does Pat clearly explain what he is doing for your business, the results will speak for themselves.
