I worked with Baseline Creative years ago when I worked for a nonprofit organization in town. They were easy to work with, passionate about their work, invest back into our community, and are very kind and patient. When I needed to design a new logo and business cards for my new therapy practice, there was no question who I wanted to work with! Again, they were kind, timely, patient with my many requests, and created the most beautiful final product. I was new to this type of process, and they guided me where needed, yet also gave me autonomy over the project to make it “mine”. I will treasure this logo for years to come. Pros:

  • This organization truly cares about its customers and their success. They are not just service providers but are partners in the process with you. They quickly adapt to different industries and bring a unique perspective based on prior experiences.

  • Nathan and his staff are always easy to reach and quick to respond. They listen to our requests, give us many options, and work to make sure they understand our company's needs.

  • The talent and ability to translate my vision to the “digital world” was incredible. They listened attentively and brought my vision to life, far better than I could have anticipated.

  • They did a great job with logo and branding work! They also did a great job with my Facebook ads.

Cons:

  • Billing process has some quirks that need to be worked out.

  • I can't think of anything we do not like. Their services are not cheap, but well worth the expense.

  • I can not think of one negative aspect of working with Baseline Creative.

  • Um... here are a bunch of letters to fill up the min char count... I got nothing.

Baseline listened to what the heart of our organization is and helped us to translate that into a new logo, website and branding that truly reflects who we are. They took a very rough idea and turned it into a beautifully simple and streamlined design that communicates our mission to everyone who sees it.
Cons:
Everything about our experience with Baseline has been positive. The most difficult part of the process was communicating what was really more of a "gut feeling" than a concrete design idea to their team. They spent hours creating and refining designs until they completely nailed it for us.
