Many large companies like to say that they care, but those companies should take notes from KitelyTech. I currently run a startup nonprofit, and as our organization grew our need for a professional virtual web presence became vital. As a startup our budget was extremely tight, but still we could not afford to have a cheap website, so we needed an extremely professional looking site done for extremely cheap, which at first seemed like an impossible task. Thats when one of our advisors told me about KitelyTech and to checkout their startup scholarship program, where KitelyTech provides a discount on their services for companies that are just starting out and have a mission statement that they believe in. After getting into their startup program the experience was incredible. I was introduced to the team that I would be working with and we set up a weekly time for us to meet and to be presented with all the progress. After I told the graphic designer my vision in our introduction meeting, the following week at our first weekly meeting I was absolutely blown away with how well he was able to encompass my vision on his very first try. In between meetings any thoughts I had I would just email whoever I needed and would always get a speedy reply. The team definitely offers there insight and expertise, but still treat you like the boss the team dynamic was awesome, all of our meetings had lots of laughs but all while still maintaining an extremely professional air, was the perfect environment to foster collaborative forward progress. In terms of launching the site the backend development team couldn't have been better. They took care of all the confusing technical aspects which can occur with site hosting and so forth, if anything was required from me on my end there instructions were always extremely clear and precise. Once we launched the site the backend team stayed in constant contact with as we worked together to discover and fix any bugs that come with going live. Overall I would say working with KitelyTech is a 10/10 experience. You get the personal attention and befriend your team as if they were a local mom and pop, but then have access to their global resources that only an International company like KitelyTech could provide. I will definitely be continuing to use KitelyTech as our organization continues to grow. Pros:

  • The folks at KitelyTech are amazing. They work with you to make it as easy as possible on you, and get back to you right away. They are a team of entrepreneurs, so they know where you are coming from when you work with them. The work was fantastic and exceeded our expectations.

  • Responsiveness. KitelyTech is ready and positioned to help businesses immediately succeed.

  • My experience was excellent. Customer service was exceptional and very professional. I am very pleased with the results.

  • KitelyTech was extremely professional , organized , creative, and a pleasure to work with.

Cons:

  • This is just a personal preference based on my style, but formalizing the communication style would help streamline the process. Holding a more formalized weekly/daily standup call could be helpful with larger groups with a lot of stakeholders. Doing it on a more ad hoc basis suited us fine as we are a smaller team.

  • I have nothing to say negative because I was 100 % satisfied with the service I received.

  • Honestly, it is hard to find something here. I wish I could use them for everything that I need.

  • Nothing negative comes to mind about our experience with Kitely Tech. They were very communicative and always made sure our needs were being met.

Overall Experience: I contacted many development companies looking for someone to help me with an app solution for my website, but KitelyTech was the ultimate choice. Katie spent time with me evaluating the possibility of an affordable solution which others said wasn't possible, even bringing in their CTO Anthony to affirm their ability to complete the solution, and they did. I couldn't be more relieved and happy. Now, in addition I'm working with a project manager Bryan who is very on top of communication which is critical to an effective working relationship, and we have Victor who appears to be a programming rock-star taking up projects and hitting them out of the park. It's a good feeling. They definitely keep an open flow of information to make sure you're doing okay, Katie still keeps up on the project, and I always feel I'm able to reach out to any of them and resolve any goals. Trust is critical to any working relationship, it's people at the end of the day and I know where I stand.

Pros:
The flexibility of design and function offered by Kitely Tech sets them apart from all competition. If you can imagine it they can build it. The opportunities are endless. Working with a can-do attitude is extremely important in client satisfaction. The fact that the Kitely team is stacked with patient listeners speaks volumes to my clients as well as myself.
Cons:
Normally with tech companies you run into the issue of poor communication but Kitely excels at round-the-clock tech support and clear understanding of client needs.

Overall Experience: Kitely Tech worked with myself and my client to help direct us to a clearer understanding of our mobile/desktop app design. They jumped through hoops to deliver a top-notch presentation with detailed mockups of the product's function and design based on a strict timeline. It is a good feeling to have such an experienced and reliable team to turn to when facing a challenging and detailed project for a client. Overall Experience: When we hear the word outsourcing, it can bring up a lot of fear and doubt. Are they going to steal my ideas? Are they going to bill me a fortune? Are they going to do a good job? Are they going to be competent in the first place? These are all legitimate concerns that I had when I considered outsourcing my job. They were all answered by the team at this brilliant firm. KitelyTech was great with communication and always let me know what was going on. I'm happy with the services they have provided. And was amazed at the final submission. I have never had someone work for me with so much dedication. It was always as if I was living in an image where all my dreams were coming true. I could finally see the concept of my business turning into a reality. Highly recommended web development service.

Overall Experience: I was very impressed with Kitely's ability to grasp our concept's proposed functionality, enhance our mockups with a delightful design, and then build an MVP for our mobile app that aligned with our expectations. We did experience a minor hiccup along the way, where we had a concern about the legality of one of our builds, but when we explained our concern to Kitely, they were willing to work with us to make necessary changes for next to nothing. Our project manager was incredibly helpful and communicative over the course of design, and subsequently development phases. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Kitely and the Startup Scholarship Program for individuals or small teams looking to expedite their development process at a reasonable price. My team is really glad to have found this company, and intends to work with them in the future.

Overall Experience: I can't say enough good things about KitelyTech. Their team is first class and goes above and beyond to make sure that your business succeeds. Our business grew almost 100% after they re designed our website. The changes took more effort than we thought, however it did not change the agreed upon price. You will not find a harder working more honest company in the Web Development Industry. Our SEO skyrocketed and we accomplished all the goals we had hoped. Overall Experience: Overall the experience with Kitely was very good. The web developers overall did wonderful work. Though sometimes things may not be done as fast as both they and the client may want, the work they do is gold. I have had other poor experiences with other web development companies and Kitely was certainly the best. When errors were made on Kitely's end or if I did not communicate all my ideas correctly, they were on top of it to fix the mistakes and if something on my website broke unexpectedly, they were on top of fixing it. If you have an idea, they are likely able to create code for it. They did a great job bringing some innovative things to life, but more in depth ideas may take a little more time to finish than anticipated. I would recommend Kitely to people looking to build a site from scratch.

Pros:
Very Professional, provided a complete service with follow up; they did not just take the money and run, but checked up for any 'teething' problems. They also gave thorough instructions, to make the operation of the systems they installed easy. I can thoroughly recommend them for all your computer needs.
Cons:
There is nothing negative that I can think of. They did everything that was asked of them, plus more. On the web-site they developed for me, it was easy to access, and to add or remove items, as and when they were purchased or sold. I have already received many compliments on the web site, and many have commented that it is very accessible when you are using an I-Phone, which my previous web-site was not compatible with.

Overall Experience: Working wit KitelyTech has been nothing but a great experience. Our project is very unique and not a straight forward project. The team at KitelyTech was more than willing to work with us and help to guide us in decisions related to the project to help us stay within budget while getting the look and functionality we needed. They are easy to communicate with and are very responsive. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a development a great partner.
