We have worked with Leap Interactive for several years and have been very satisfied in their quality of work, response time to issues and professionalism.
LEAP was on point and added to the creative with insights that proved to be impactful and made a difference. The knowledge an willingness to be a "partner" in the process added to our ability to grow the project.
Amazing customer service...they listened to the concept of my business and helped guide me in the right direction for a best fit website and marketing strategy.

We have had no issues or complaints in the 4 years that we have been using Leap Interactive services. They are always very professional and thorough in their communications with us.
The experience with LEAP had no downside. It was all extremely seamless and the attention to detail was excellent

Overall Experience: From requests to changes on our website to emailing or calling for an opinion on something sometimes unrelated to their services, Carlos and his team are the best. Working miles away from us never feels like it; there's always a personal touch to everything they say and do. Again, their customer service is top notch and we as a nonprofit appreciate the various ways of support we receive from Leap. I don't foresee us leaving as a client anytime soon or at all for that matter.
