We have been with Social Media Relations for just about the last year and would definitely recommend them. We are a family business that has been in the market for over 30 years, but we needed help to get to that next level and decided to look for a marketing team. I interviewed several marketing agencies and once I spoke to Melissa I knew choosing SMR was the choice to make. Out of everyone we spoke with I could tell they really cared about our company and vision. I have been impressed by everyone working with us at SMR, they are experts in their field and very dedicated. They have helped us rebrand, introduce a new product, and was a breath of fresh air for our social media marketing. I appreciate that they are data-driven and practically every time we speak there is data to review and plan our next steps. I meet with my team from SMR once a week via zoom and throughout the week we are in daily contact about project updates, needless to say, I love the communication!   • Efficiency, professionalism, and expertise. This is a small yet mighty team, they work with you one-on-one and are all about delivering results.

  • Extremely happy with the increase in my businesses awareness and clientele through the very effective SEO, Facebook Ads, and social media management I've been receiving with Social Media Relations.

  • What makes SMR truly special is the personal touch Melissa the CEO brings when working with you. Not only is she dedicated to helping your business, she willingly comes out to meet you in person if you're located in the LA area. You can tell she genuinely wants to help your business grow, she attentively listens to you, asks you relevant questions, and commits to helping you get your business to where you want it to be.

Cons:

  • Really happy with the services provided, the team is small so they don't make you feel like another number. They really are all about the quality customer service.

  • This is one of the best services I've ever invested in, don't expect quick results you need to really commit to their vision and trust that they know what they are doing.

  • It's hard to say, I look forward to working with Melissa again and I don't really have any complaints. If you're a business owner in LA and looking to grow your business, Social Media Relations is the way to go.

After talking to Melissa, I was able to solidify the audience I wanted to target and what I really wanted to reach in terms of my revenue goals for my business. She not only helped my business social media presence but she also helped me understand exactly what I needed to know in order for me to successfully manage my business in a better and efficient way.
