I highly recommend working with Neon Ambition. We’ve been working with them on SEO for over a year and have seen significant increase in our organic search, keyword rankings, and online conversions. The Neon Ambition team is full of people that really know their stuff and I’ve learned a lot through working with them. They are also very transparent and what they are doing and why. Pros:

  • Neon has been fantastic to work with. They do their best to understand your needs and tailor their services to fit them. They are fun and enthusiastic about their work and strive to do the best they can.

  • Carolyn Cooney is a terrific Account Manager. She is very thorough and knows her business.

  • I have worked at Neon Ambition for over a year and my favorite part is the ability of working with an all senior-level staff who not only know what they are doing, but enjoy what they are doing. This makes a difference.

  • *Very knowledgeable about SEO and I trust their opinions and the direction they give us. *Very organized and on top of all the tasks everyone needs to accomplish. *They're quick to respond and they help out wherever it takes to make sure we can accomplish our objectives.

Cons:

  • There is nothing I would change about my experience with Neon.

  • Some more support on the social media side might be nice.

  • I wish I could spend more time with staff members Eddie and Walter (Jordan's dogs).

  • So far, I don't have anything to complain about! We'll see what the next 4 months brings in terms of results.

Pros:
Neon Ambition took the time to understand our industry as well as our company culture. They were truly an extension of our team and were able to think like us so all content and the approach was natural and fit within our target market. The leads and increased profits were nice as well.
Cons:
We have had no issues with Neon Ambition. They have been a pleasure to work with and have taken the time to be an extension of our company and not a vendor. Marketing is often confusing and is ever changing. Neon does an incredible job of staying on top of changes and also helped us understand the why's and how's through the entire process.

Overall Experience: Our expirence working with Neon Ambition has been great. They understand our company, our market, and our industry. They have been able to take us from zero marketing expertise and not only execute measurable and successful campaigns, but educate us along the way. It's always nice to know why and how marketing works or does not work. Neon has handled our digital marketing, PPC, marketing automation (they even learned a new platform for us), content generation, web development, among other projects. Overall Experience: I have a personal injury law firm in Phoenix, Arizona. I have been through 4 SEO companies and one prior PPC company. I have been frustrated in the past with the lack of transparency, the lack of knowledge, and the empty promises of "getting good leads, etc." I have been ecstatic with the results from Thalia, Danielle, Rocco, and Josh. They are honest, the results are astounding. I am dominating the Phoenix market over the big spending billboard law firms and I am getting good cases in the door, which is the only metric that matters at the end of the day. The Neon Ambition team is the best of their industry. They are invested in my success, they check on certain cases to fine tune what they do on the SEO and PPC side. Jordan, the owner, is passionate about his business and it shows through the way his team treats me and my law firm. If you need a superior SEO and PPC company, Neon Ambition is where I finally struck gold.

Overall Experience: When we were looking for a new digital agency, Neon Ambition stood apart immediately because they were singularly focused on our topline business goals, not just on our digital metrics. The agency acts as an extension of our company by taking our objectives to heart and holding themselves accountable to our success. The team is always attuned to our needs, willing to be flexible in the services offered, open to trying new things, and easy to work with. Most importantly, they are delivering positive results for us. The cost is higher than what we expected to pay for SEO, but their PPC management fee is very reasonable.

Pros:
Neon Ambition's solid knowledge base behind a myriad of marketing aspects is phenomenal. You also can't beat the team of folks behind the consulting, strategy, and deliverables. They are down to earth, approachable, and willing to take the time to do the right research and advise in a no-nonsense fashion. Their one-on-one client oriented approach ensures that they plan and advise in a successful fashion regardless of the industry or business size and scope that a client brings to them.
Cons:
There has been some changeover on the team members handing our account over the past few years. While changes have definitely lead to positive results (which were greatly appreciated), the transition from one person to the next was a tad jarring on the last go round. Workflow didn't necessarily suffer, but some additional forewarning on the staff changes (if possible) would be appreciated.
