They have been transparent every step of the way making me feel comfortable. It is incredibly helpful to see reports showing actual progress every month. Ben is who I work with directly and I could not ask for a better person to work with me on this stuff. Pros:

  • Ben and TLM have been handling our digital marketing for years. We get tons of leads and always honest and knowledgable.

  • TLM and Ben are never too busy to answer any question we might have, no matter how small or big! If he doesn't have the answer at that moment, he finds it for us ASAP. Have never been disappointed with the services we receive and would highly recommend TLM to all.

  • Whenever someone asks me for help with their website or local SEO, I always send them to Today's Local Media. I know that Ben and the team there will treat them with honesty, integrity, and give them a fair price. And probably most important, they get results.

  • They were always so helpful every time we had a question related to the website or SEO.

  • If I have to find something that I like "least" I guess that would be in not finding them sooner.

  • Today's Local Media is not your typical marketing agency. They pride themselves on building long-term relationships with clients. Most of their clients have been with them for many years and have seen their businesses grow exponentially. So, if you are looking for a cheap "quick fix" they might not be the best fit.

He designed our web page and has helped bring traffic to our page, he also manages our advertisement with Google organics and pay per click. When I called the owner of the company answered the phone most of the time. That is not always going to happen in a small business as it grows, but I know I will speak to a local person who knows my market area best because they live in it. THAT is local media!
Cons:
Gosh, its hard to come up with something I liked least...I am not completely finished with my part of my website yet and there are things that I've not yet perfected, but anything on the back end they will still change for me if I need it. I will have to get back to you one this if I come up with something.

Someone came to my office to meet me and take a look at the look of my business from an aesthetic perspective and get an idea of what I do, then set about building my website. I am not a tech person so he had to teach me what some of the words meant before I could always answer questions but he was just an patient as they come.
