Pros:

  • Working together with the intent of figuring out the minor areas of minutia needed to create

  • They exceeded my expectations from start to finish and I was more than impressed with the finished product.

  • Finished project successfully and that's awesome. Highly professional and responsive team. All what was agreed upon are implemented, and communication is perfect. Rachel and Carly also makes lots of suggestions and recommendations to make the work much more easy and effective.

  • So appreciate Rachel's attention to detail and helping me with my endless questions. She was so willing and adept at tweaking our website to tailor it to our business needs. Her layout of our website is beautiful. It was timely and fit our budget. Really appreciate her expertise and knowledge.

Cons:

  • If I had any items that I didn’t like was simply the interaction related to WordPress not having the ability to do certain custom work

  • They worked faster than I could keep up, for once they were waiting on me, not the other way around.

  • There is nothing negative about this team. They were great.

  • Did not have any negative experience with her throughout the whole process.

Overall Experience: It was a pleasure to work Mountain Air Marketing. It was the best web design experience I have had. We were freshening up our old website. We needed a new more modern and streamlined look. Since web design is her specialty, I worked mostly with Rachel who is one of the owners. Mountain Air made the process seamless and Rachel was remarkably creative. Along with the new design, we were changing our hosting company for the site. She managed the transfer and both companies involved with finesse. Communication was top form. From beginning to end, we were kept informed at every step. We knew what was happening and why. The site that was delivered to us was even better than we had hoped. (Take a look for yourself at ranchofhope.org ) At the end I was patiently trained by Rachel,so that I might easily make changes myself. I feel very confident knowing that they are there for us even after delivering the new site. I would 100% recommend Mountain Air Marketing. I know that I will be using them again in the future. Pros:
Being a small business owner in the "modern internet market" I knew that SEO was pretty important and that it wasn't as "Simple" as some people might think, but after just one meeting with Rachel and Carly I became passionate about the topic and getting my SEO better and it's because of their knowledge and Passion for what they do.
Cons:
Absolutely nothing, I was asking Carly how to pay and what I needed to pay before she was even done talking. When people do business like Mountain Air Marketing does, they make you happy to do business.

Pros:
When I met with Mountaineer marketing I only had a few simple ideas or what I wanted to do. Rachel and Carly at Mountain Air marketing help me transfer my ideas into a strong online and community presents which has generated more income for my company then I had expected or even imagined.
Cons:
This is a very tough one because I had such an excellent experience with Mountain Air marketing. If I had to come up with one thing that I liked least about Mountain Air marketing, they were too humble. They are the best at what they do and I would have used them sooner if I would have realized how much of a difference they were truly going to make. I would like to hear about how well (profit-wise) their past customers have done after working with Mountain Air marketing.
