Working with Nate was fantastic and it definitely restored my faith in the web design profession! I have worked with several web designers, and each time it was frustrating and I never reached my end goal. All of that changed once I found Wicked Web Design. They understood my needs, had a very good grasp of what needed to be done, worked quickly and produced a fantastic website that met all of our needs. When a few things weren't quite right, we had a meeting with him and he quickly understood how to tweak it to better match what we were wanting.   • Customer Service. Nathan is a pleasure to work with.

  • VERY easy to work with... Limited discuss to get the projects started and then great communication to get the projects complete.

  • I can lean on him for new design concepts and he is always open to my creative ideas. It is a true collaboration of creativity and functionality.

  • The very friendly and fully competent service and recommendations.

Cons:

  • Hard to say. I am happy with the services that I received from Wicked Web.

  • Our conversations are so friendly, it's like talking to a friend... not always good for a busy schedule, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

  • Nothing. I wish Nathan could multiply himself over and over again so I could ask him to do more work!

  • There wasn't any negative experiences. Maybe just emails back and forth regarding what I was looking specifically looking for in my web design and clarifying that as much as possible - which Nate did very well.

Once I find a good one I will stick with that person… and I cannot say enough good things about Nate from Wicked Web Design. He has designed 3 websites for me over the past few years and delivers every time! I am currently working on an update of my website and I am excited to refresh my corporate image, SEO rankings and visibility. Overall Experience: Nate was easy to work with and responded to all my request and changes. He was very professional and did offer his expertise when we requested something be added to the website like more tabs, he walked us through how the customer experience would not be at its best since customers visits site on desktop and mobile. He is a wonderful trainer as I am looking to continuing managing the site and he is very responsive when I don't remember or know how to do something. The personal experience and quick turn around was great. Nate was understanding and easy to work with.

If we have to pick something to critique, the website detail could have been more concise. There were a few times in which we had to specify corrections that should have been addressed by the web designer, but other than that there really isn’t anything else that comes to mind, Nathan is great!
