I have really enjoyed matchbox’s services. I think the team is knowledgeable, friendly, and they make sure that you as the client feel apart of the team. The staff really cares about you and your brand. They are always available to answer questions if they can, and if they can’t they find someone who can. I think that with every company there is going to be some hiccups, but nevertheless. I would 100% recommend Matchbox design group to any STL based entrepreneur looking to vastly expand their business through marketing, promotion, SEO, strategy, design, and development.March 12, 2021

Pros:

  • Matchbox is a top notch group to work with. They worked tirelessly with our team to help us build and design a brand new website. Our company completely re-branded and during a key pivoting and growth year, Matchbox listened to our needs and our wants and even helped make important suggestions to give us a brand new "face". We've watched as they've helped our rankings through SEO, proposed content ideas for our blog, even going above and beyond to create visuals like infographics and coloring book pages to engage traffic, plus posting for us occasionally. Our team really has received nothing less than wonderful results from wonderful people! We highly recommend their services.

  • Matchbox has done a wonderful job developing our site and continuing to work with us throughout our new marketing campaign, I would recommend them to anyone.

  • During strategy sessions they really make you feel a part of a team and not just a client. They keep it fun , but also straight to business which is something I like to to see in a marketing/ design company.They allow you as much or as little control as you want, so for an entrepreneur I think that’s a great option to have. The staff was always ready to come off site and help with production which was a blessing! The web design work they did was great and allowed for awesome user interaction on my webpage!

Cons:

  • The two critiques that I would give is that they may want to communicate where time and money are spent in the form of a monthly pie chart so that the client can see in real time where to budget within the marketing budget. Second, my company focuses on weekend shoppers and weekend sales at stores. Matchbox doesn’t have anyone in office for weekends so if something does happen that requires attention it is somewhat difficult to get a response, but you also might face being billed at irregular hours.

  • I do not have anything negative to say, I do wish they were closer to us so we could grab lunch!

  • Can't say I really have any constructive criticism! We wish we could be in the same city so more in-person meetings could happen. But, we've never had any difficulties with our group conference calls. Just the occasional phone problems :).

Pros:
