Pros:

  • Friendly professional project managers who are always in touch and willing to help.

  • The thing I loved best was their engagement, they are so engaged in our company; to call them a vendor would actually be a disservice, rather they are a partner.

  • Incredibly responsive staff and very knowledgeable in all aspects of social media.

  • They are an incredible Vancouver Public Relations agency. Their Vancouver PR work impacts our SEO as it gives us high authority links and in turn it's brought us more leads. Their videos, content marketing and blogs are top shelf.

Cons:

  • I do not have any complaints about Jelly Marketing, and I have been working with them for over 2 years.

  • Really nothing comes to mind. I was highly hesitant to switch vendor just because I could afford no disruption to our business. Darian and his team had extremely high attention to detail and helped me navigate through a sensitive topic. Really, I cannot think of one bad thing to say about JELLY. If anyone does, I am definitely open to debate.

  • Nothing. An excellent company to hire if you want results.

  • They aren't full service - they continued to say no to work that we wanted them to do - they referred us to other agencies vs. us having just one shop to deal with.

Pros:
The Jelly team is always very responsive to my demands and changes in the marketplace. The have taken the time to really get to know my business and needs and develop unique, targeted strategies to help me reach my goals. The believe in relationship building thus allowing them to execute the best strategies possible. They are not afraid to modify based on results and change course as needed.
Cons:
Nothing comes to mind. I have worked with Jelly for over four years and wouldn't continue to utilize their services had they not been on point always. Although I work for a big brand we are a medium sized family run business and cannot afford to have partners that are not fully invested in our success!
