Pros:

  • When we started talking, I was hesitant about needing an improved website, but after we had our project kickoff meeting the design ideas they came up with blew me away and I could not be happier.

  • They were very professional and provided personalized web design to meet my needs.

  • The Team!!! The team was amazing, they are talented, knowledgeable, extremely organized and most important work well together. They were thankfully incredibly patient with me as I was new to the process and took some time getting my ideas together.

  • Paul is most reliable, thorough, knowledgable. He is our go-to for web related matters.

Cons:

  • There has not been a downside to our working relationship. Paul is an excellent resource that we count on time and again.

  • That I couldn't utilize them further on current projects.

  • Nothing Not to Like. - I like it All w/ Going Clear Interactive.

  • I honestly had a great experience, anything that I would change would be from my side.

What we liked most about GoingClear was their dedication to understanding and realizing our vision. Their collaborative approach made us feel valued and involved in the process, resulting in a final product that exceeded our expectations.
Cons:
The only area for improvement was a brief confusion regarding one aspect of the project timeline. Although this caused a slight delay, GoingClear quickly devised a creative workaround to meet our immediate needs while we waited for the final completion. Their ability to adapt and resolve the issue efficiently was reassuring, but clearer communication on timelines (even if a delay is necessary) would enhance the overall experience.

Overall Experience: The team at GoingClear has been nothing but fantastic at every point of our website, branding and digital marketing journey. They just get it. All those little inefficiencies that we've seen other web design agencies have just don't exist with GoingClear. From their weekly meeting huddles to keep the project on track, to their thorough discovery and planning sessions, then to their design phase, where we ended up loving the design, to the final coding/web development and QA Testing phase, we enjoyed every part of the project. In our opinion, if you are looking for a team that gets it, cares about the process, discovery, and design while keeping an eye on the timeline, but is flexible enough to adjust, then GoingClear could be a great fit for your needs. As a bonus, we worked with them on the web design and development project, but then it turned into working with them on marketing collateral, light branding work and organic SEO after the initial website was completed and launched.

Overall Experience: I met the gentleman from going clear years ago. They started designing a fantastic website for me with many options I was not aware of. Once we started the project I got very sick and had to delay the project over 3 years. When I checked back with them they treated me like gold. The project is now back and running again and I couldn't be any more satisfied with the dedication, work ethic and character of the members of going clear! Truly outstanding!!

Overall Experience: GoingClear Interactive did a fantastic job on our company's new website. From inception, the process was smooth and communication was frequent. They stayed on their timeline and adjusted when we were busy and needed to delay a bit. We worked with a few different web managers and designers at GoingClear throughout the process and they were all wonderful and knowledgeable. We continue to use GoingClear for ongoing web hosting and design needs. They're always timely and thorough. We're very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

There are a lot of digital agencies out there, but I feel like GoingClear just gets it. They care about my business.
