Pros:

  • They were highly collaborative and kept our project on track and on time.

  • We are continuing our digital efforts with Marla YOY

  • The holistic, business-focused approach and detailed onboarding conversations to really get to who we are, and what we do as a business which leads to open discussions about the right (most ROI) strategy for our investments.

  • Solid Digital was always on top of things. The whole process was organized and efficient, yet relaxed and friendly at the same time. I felt like I was working with people who truly wanted the best for our company and always brought their A game to our designs.

Cons:

  • We had an accelerated timeline that required we compress the steps in their typical process. Because of that, there was some lack of clarity about where we were in the process and what the expectations were at each stage. But, we eventually all got on the same page, and it was smooth sailing after that.

  • I cannot think of any areas of improvement at this time.

  • It's not free??? Really, I cannot find anything wrong except their taste in liquors!

  • The distance from our office to their office was a bit far, but we took turns traveling and everything worked out well.

Overall Experience: Working with the Solid Digital team is an absolute joy. By far the best vendor group I've ever had the pleasure of working with-- which is saying a lot because I have worked with some incredible and creative vendors in the past. Their professionalism combined with their expertise, organization and creativity is unmatched. Plus-- they're just a fun group to work with! Solid Digital hires the types of people you'd grab a beer with after work after accomplishing all the things. They were exactly what we were looking for in a vendor-- experts who are willing to manage the project from start to finish. We didn't have to micromanage them or ask for updates-- they were always on the ball and one step ahead of us. 10/10 would hire again.

Overall Experience: As a startup, we needed a partner to help us create a website that would be easy for our audiences to use, while inspiring confidence and helping us build our still-new brand. We also needed help integrating a quirky CRM for lead capture. Solid Digital immediately understood what we were trying to accomplish and worked seamlessly with us to get it done. The site is not only functional but beautiful, and the bonus for us was that the team was not only extremely professional and capable, but a lot of fun to work with. The communication and project management are top-notch. Every technical or design question we had, they answered. We sent them cupcakes when the site launched (early!) because they earned them!

Pros:
I received consistent clear communication during and between projects. The team was quick to provide options for each project and options that would be most cost effective. They're probably one of the best in terms of communication and efficiency for dev teams as I have tried a few companies.
Cons:
Last year during their company merger, I had experienced a lot of hiccups and missed details during the projects. It was so bad that I had switched companies.

Overall Experience: Solid Digital is easily one of the best creative teams I've ever worked with. After assessing over a dozen others, we decided to go with Solid Digital to redesign our website on Wordpress (Elementor) when we relaunched our brand. The process went incredibly smoothly, the output was exactly what we were hoping for, and the team was a pleasure to work with.
