  • Their overall team concept to overseeing our entire marketing approach.

  • Simpatico Studio, takes the tie to listen your needs and then present the options necessary to reach the goals set.

  • Working with the Simpatico team was refreshing. They brought their creative ideas and we were very pleased with the outcome. In addition, they presented a plan to manage my expectations, and followed it to get the work done. i.e. they did what they said they would.

  • they were very hands on and easy to work with. Steve and Jill answer every question and helped with all my needs

Cons:

  • The logistical process of changing everything to the new look and brand.

  • Staff at ATG does not always understand the purpose of a marketing firm. This causes a wait time.

  • there were no problems in my experience with Simpatico Jill and Steve were great to work with.

  • I can't really think of anything. I liked the process and the outcome, and I thought their fees were very fair.

Overall Experience: Very impressed with everyone at Simpatico. Jill and associates were able to take someone with no prior experience through the process of brand creation, logos, and website development with explanations every step of the way. Their team was able to work with my team seamlessly, even during a time when a global pandemic made it impossible for everyone to get together physically. A great experience and I hope to work with them again.
