When we were starting our business, we interviewed a lot of different companies. Sachs Marketing Group was recommended to us through a close business associate. At the most fundamental level, we wanted to increase our visibility in the marketplace. We wanted to position our brand in front of potential buyers. We wanted our clients to be able to find us with relative ease. We needed websites, a full social media build-out, SEO, Adwords, email marketing, logos and newsletters. The most important thing for us was getting the phone ringing. We wanted leads. After a few months, we began noticing a considerable increase in web-generated leads coming through. Our brand was coming up on the first Google results page for 95 percent of the terms we’ve targeted. We've been with Sachs for going on 6 years now and we dominate the search engines for ALL of our search terms. We are always either 1st or 2nd on Google's first page. We've grown our business from one location locally, to now several different locations both locally and out of state. Sachs Marketing Group handles all aspects of our digital marketing including SEO, social media, all web and graphics design, email marketing, etc. What I’ve really loved is that I can call them anytime and tell them what I need. They can get it done. I know that we are pretty demanding as a client, but they’ve always been available to us. We’re always making changes and adding content to the site, and they’ve been very responsive - always putting more resources in place to support our account and our growth. They have our full trust and that's very difficult to develop with an agency. They’ve been incredible. I’ve been doing this for a long time, and I’ve worked with a number of other SEO firms throughout the years in various different businesses. Pros:

  • Attitude and communication. Everyone at Sachs is enthusiastic about their jobs and they have fantastic communication. I especially like the transparency they give with regards to their work. I always know what they are doing to my campaigns.

  • Best SEO company ever! We've been with Sachs Marketing over a year and have been very happy

  • They have offices and real people in the office doing the work. Sounds obvious but I've found that many other SEO companies say they do the same thing but secretly outsource to other countries. We actually get results and have grown our business as a direct result of their efforts. At the end of the day, that's really what we are after. They know what they are doing and have been helping us grow the business for almost six years now.

  • Responsive, knowledgeable, professional and available. I love that they are a one stop shop for all of our web services. Most importantly, they have helped us to grow and expand our business by handling all aspects of our brand on the web. We've been working with Sachs Marketing Group for about 6 years now and our engagement has grown in scope and scale since we started.   • Sometimes they were difficult to get on the phone at a moment's notice, which actually can be a good sign since it shows how busy their office is.

Pros:
One of the best decisions I have made for my business was to partner with Sachs Marketing Group for our digital marketing. I've been a customer for a little more than a year and things are going great. Our business has increased at least 200% since they took over our online marketing. They are one of the best digital marketing companies I've worked with and I encourage anyone seeking quality digital services to reach-out. Few more things - they aren't the least expensive option but based on my past experience, with digital marketing, you get what you pay for. Be prepared to spend at least $3,000 and up per month depending on the scope of work. I've worked with cheaper firms in the past and it's like night and day. The good news is that Sachs is a one stop shop in that they do design, development and copywriting in-house. Bottom line is that Sachs Marketing took us from essentially nowhere on the map, to pretty much dominating our niche.
Cons:
It takes some time to get started, but I think that's generally part of the process when you start working with anyone in this space. Now that the ball is rolling, I'm happy with where things are at and where they're going.

Overall Experience: We started with SMG almost 6 years ago. They took us from nowhere (we were a startup) to world domination in relatively short order. We started really seeing results (leads, sales, etc.) after about 12 months and have been building and growing ever since. We've had a few setbacks - Google changes and some other issues that have knocked us down in rankings periodically throughout the past several years. When those things happened, Sachs Marketing was always there immediately to address the issues, troubleshoot and fix whatever was happening to us. They are our marketing partner - they are there in the trenches with us to help us grow. They are very good at keeping their finger on the pulse of what's happening in the digital world and making adjustments when necessary to make sure we continue to dominate.

I really appreciated the transparent sales process. Julian walked me through my actual needs; it's something I haven't experienced at any other company that offers SEO. Instead of focusing on getting the sale, Julian provided great insight on my business, and created a plan for how SEO and social network marketing would help. It's this level of service from the start that really drew me in.

Overall Experience: Amazing SEO company! Like tons of other business owners, we’ve spent literally thousands of dollars on SEO in the past, and never got results. The last company we were with was outsourcing the work to another country, and lied to us about having a staff and an office. The main reason we were willing to give SMG a try is because they have an actual office with a team of people there doing the work. The results have been nothing short of amazing, and in just a few short months they've been able to increase our placements in Google. We are finally seeing a return: phone calls from customers who found us in Google search! Sachs Marketing is very honest, very transparent and very good at what they do. I’ll be a customer for life, and have recommended them to many of my friends already. Keep up the great work SMG!

Pros:
The best part for me was the ownership that the Sachs team members took for my account. It seem as though everyone was responsible for my satisfaction.
Cons:
The thing I like the least was the marketing budget I had allocated to spend on their services. When I engaged the Sachs team most of my 2017 budget was spent. Based on the increase in traffic we have seen and the improvement in closed business that originated from website visits we will be added a few more services in 2018.

Overall Experience: My overall experience with Sachs Marketing was really an eye opening one. For years the company I work for used a guy who claim to be the best out there. I can remember sitting in meetings and listening to him speak about what he was doing for us and why it takes time to build a good SEO campaign. This all made sense to me but I never really saw the work he was doing and he claimed it was all "back end stuff". From day one with Sachs they started me off with a shared workflow drive for my account and instantaneously I felt as something real was being done, something tangible. Every activity, every blog post, every syndication is right there in the workflow documents. I never have to call and ask what's going on this week, its all in the workflow. Actually I never have to call at all my account manager, Samantha is constantly reaching out to get feedback on there work to fine tune all the detail items that really make a difference. Eric, if you get to read this thank you for all you for us!!!!!

With marketing it always comes down to return on investment. I was skeptical at first because it took a few months to generate results. We get leads daily now, which we weren’t before. I’ve tried dozens of times to get our phone to ring, it’s a breath of fresh air that a company stepped up.

I really loved the transparency with SMG! Their client relations was wonderful. I never felt like I "slipped through the cracks" or went unnoticed no mater how small or large the business.
Cons:
Sachs is not the cheapest option as others have stated but they are a true example of "quality over quantity". You well get your money's worth and more with SMG. They were constantly exceeding my expectations.

Pros:
As a manager of a local dance studio, it's a major life saver knowing that Sachs Marketing Group is professional and always on their game. They know exactly what they're doing. During a moment of crisis on our end, they fixed it immediately. We never have to wait for something to be updated or fixed, as we are a company that is always changing and updating our information to our clients.

Pros:
Amazing results since we started. They are the only honest SEO company we've ever come across. They genuinely care about their clients. They don't lock you into a contract. They answer the phone when we call. They reply to emails. They know what they are doing. The list goes on and on.

They are not the least expensive option but I've come to learn that you really do get what you pay for when it comes to SEO. We've hired other companies and paid much less for services. Thing is, we never got any results and never received the level of attention and service that we get with Sachs.

Pros:
Results have been amazing and consistent. Our business has experienced growth every month since we started with Sachs Marketing. They are knowledgeable, competent, transparent and best of all, they always appear to be very vested in our success.

Not cheap. We are investing about 15% of our gross revenue back into our marketing budget with Sachs Marketing Group. That’s about standard for our industry though.
