Overall Experience: Plaudit absolutely knocked it out of the park on the redesign and development of our new corporate website! Not only did they exceed our project goals, they provided superior guidance and project management every step of the way. Plaudit took point in managing the project schedule, defining key milestones, preparing asset management and feedback tools, offering custom training videos and live demos, pursuing new and better solutions, ensuring a seamless launch, and providing post-launch training and instruction. I note these numerous areas of support as they took significant work off of my plate. This gave me and the team capacity to stay focused on content and internal input, trusting Plaudit to handle the rest. It is that end-to-end process ownership that sets them apart, and I'm thrilled we made the choice to select Plaudit as our website partner.

Overall Experience: Work with Plaudit. If you’re looking to build or redesign a website, that is the best advice you’re going to get all day. We are a small nonprofit with big, lofty ambitions and so, needed a new website to reflect that. We sent out RFPs to multiple agencies and thankfully chose Plaudit. The team is extremely attentive and responsive, sometimes it felt like they were part of the team. In addition to taking in all our requirements, they had some truly creative solutions that made a huge difference in how our website performs and the overall user experience. Overall Experience: Plaudit is tops. I have had a web site of sorts for well over 25 years starting with US West! I have had several web designers over that time. When I only know the basics myself, I think I was initially easy to impress but then came long arduous hours of doing my own copy writing, proofreading and project management. There was no real commitment to me and my business until I discovered Plaudit right here down the street in St. Paul. They are pros; do everything well and show me what part I can play without dropping the ball themselves. They are flexible experts that are focused on me. My expectations are always exceeded as Plaudit works for me.
