  • Rob is a gifted speaker, writer, entrepreneur and consultant. His YouTube videos have brought our accounting firm clients from all over the U.S. He is a great networker, and cares about you as a person.

  • Having Feedback Wrench do my website and help with marketing has made such a positive impact on my business. Being in real estate, marketing is key and the Feedback team is there to help you succeed. They’re responsive, reliable, intelligent, and take pride in their work.

  • I enjoyed writing for Rob and learning how to use WordPress for website design!

  • The impact! We have more solid leads and conversions to business than I thought was possible. I am hiring just to keep up.

I cannot say enough good things about Rob and Eric. They are simply the best at what they do. First off they are genuinely wonderful people who are committed to helping their clients businesses succeed. Our business has grown tremendously and it is all thanks to Feedback Wrench. Pros:
Working with Feedback Wrench gave our tax and accounting business the boost we needed. We only had time to work "in" the business and not "on" the business. Feedback Wrench gave us a professional look and helped boost our sales significantly. We were able to raise our fees and become a dominant player in the tax and accounting market.

Pros:
Rob and his team were very communicative and responsive to my requests. They took time to understand my industry, and did their due diligence to help position my company on the web as effectively as possible.
Cons:
For a short stretch, the Facebook posts they were posting for me were impersonal and corny. But I gave them my feedback and they were super responsive and they resolved the issue in no time.

Before feedback wrench we had only response from our website at peak season times. Now our peak responses are much higher and we have consistent leads throughout the year.
