Pros:

  • Aside from impressive results, the day to day process of collaborating and communicating with our assigned team is fluid and easy.

  • Incredibly knowledgeable and professional team. Highly transparent. Great for paid search and paid social. Fantastic results heads and shoulders above other agencies.

  • Highly engaged and educated team that is willing to work very dynamically.

  • Professional company with an especially professional team of experts made the complex simple.

Cons:

  • Up until today's date we have nothing negative to report.

  • Absolutely nothing comes to mind. Absolutely nothing comes to mind.

  • Great firm. Nothing bad to say. Reporting was consistent and they always worked on growing ROAS.

  • Nothing as of present date. If there was one thing I could ask for it would be for them to include organic SEO services to be included with Paid SEO.

Overall Experience: Once initial contact was established and Open Moves completed their audit on our company, which is an ecommerce site, we were assigned a team, each specialized in their area, be it Paid Search, Re-Marketing, Email Marketing, etc.. From that moment on, we collaborate on content and message and had a short meeting every two weeks to check in on the results and to fine-tune other details. We were presented with a detailed monthly report in a timely fashion and the results began to reach impressive levels during the second month after certain parameters were optimized. We've since added Email Marketing and would like to widen our relationship into other areas of digital marketing.
