Overall Experience: I have had the pleasure of experiencing TrendHr from both sides, as a client looking for my next role. Then as a manager needing a role filled. On both sides Trend just has that, secret sauce, that sets them apart from the other agencies. Their recruiters spend more time getting to know the client, and you as the employer as well in what skills you need to fill a role. They work to find qualified individuals that they intend to last. Employee turn is costly to organizations. Trend works to find candidates to plant for growth. I can say that has been my experience all around. Keep up the great work TrendHR!

Overall Experience: Our company has been working with Trend for almost a decade. They have never let us down in the area of HR. They do the work of many so we don't have to have so many employees. As a small business, this saves us so much financially. They work hard to fight for us and keep us compliant with government entities. There is never a delay in returning our emails or phone calls. You always get to speak directly with a person as if they were in the same building. In my opinion, they do not charge enough for their services because what they do for us as a company is priceless. Highly recommend!!

Overall Experience: We started working with TrendHR at a critical time in 2019, in the middle of an acquisition that had exposed us to possible state and federal regulation liabilities. We had 20+ employees at the time, and the transition to a new structure looked like a massive undertaking, but TrendHR and their army of doers made it seamless. Having a team behind every HR and employee benefits question and needs is extremely valuable for a small business like us. It allows us to focus on what we do best.
